I came to TNA Discounts after having ongoing challenges with the audio system in my Lucid Air Pure. I originally locked into the base package as part of the cars trim, then had another shop install what I thought were the right additions and tuning. However, afte driving the car for a a few weeks, the sound still felt off and never came together the way it should have. I initially reached out to TNA just for tuning help, but once Terry (owner) assessed the audio, it became clear there were larger issues with how things had been wired, configured, and positioned. Terry and his team ultimately recommended reworking and recalibrating much of the setup to get the system performing the way it should. From the start, it was obvious the team knew what they were talking about. They were thoughtful, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and why. Most importantly, they cared about doing things the right way instead of just rushing through another install. The end result speaks for itself. If you have an interlock device, DO NOT waste your time coming here. They create problems or conveniently “discover” problems just to charge you outrageous fees for repairs and recalibrations you probably never needed in the first place. This business operates with zero integrity and preys on people who already have no choice but to deal with an interlock system. Absolute disgusting scam behavior disguised as customer service.

Great guy who took care of me Everett. Amazing service and could not be happier with my new Pioneer digital infotainment system in my Subaru. Great quality and gave me 2 year warranty. I will come back here for sure.

I brought my car to TNA to fix my remote starter, originally installed by Best Buy (they were a pain to deal with so I didn't want to return there). TNA repaired the starter quickly for a modest fee. All in all, a great experience. I should have had them install the starter in the first place. Thanks!

Recently had a stereo and speakers put into a classic truck, unconventional setup. The service, knowledge and collaboration with me was awesome. I was looking for a specific setup, they worked with me, came up with pretty cool solutions with awesome sound, and also made some adjustments after to further improve. No question they are professionals, perfectionists and great customer service.
